Hi Marcie i make all my bars the same way as this  very easy to do

 

1.  Open your completed Frame and select apart of it you like

Use these settings

 

2.  Edit / Copy / Edit / Paste as new image

 

3.  Effects / plugins / Simple /

Top left mirror

Use defaut settings

 

4 . Now you need to earse thos dark bits at the top and bottom or it won't be seamless when we are done

i use these settings

Now expand your canvas size abit to give you room to work

 

 

When you have done one top edge / image flip and repeat the same to this edge

 

5.  Edit copy / Edit paste as new image

layers merge all (Flatten)

 

6. Image add border 2 white #ffffff

Use these settings

 

7. Select your white borders , then selection promote to layer

Flood fill with your gold Pattern

 

8.  Effects / Image effects /

Seamless tiling

Use these settings

 

Select none

layers merge all (Flatten)

 

9. Image add border 2 use a color to match your Background color

 

Then save as jpeg and all done

I make all my bars the same way the only thing i might change is where i make the selection on the frame

to get differant effects but each frame using the same settings as the ones above will be differant
